Policies

Thank you for your interest in our catering services.  We look forward to being a part of your event.  The following information will be helpful in planning your function.

ORDERING PROCESS:

To allow the best possible service please, whenever possible, allow 10 business days, particularly for larger events.

A last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last-minute order fee of $100 will be added to all orders placed after the cutoff.

Delivery fee of $20 will be added for any order under $100.

GUEST COUNTS:

We request a guaranteed number of attendee’s and final arrangements 72-hours prior to any event to ensure that we can organize your event effectively. Catering charges will be based on the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.

CANCELLATION:

Please give a minimum of 72-hours’ notice of the event date or you will be charged 100% of the event.

SERVICE WARES:

We will provide basic biodegradable service ware for all full-service events at no charge.  Upscale scroll ware is available for an additional $2.00 per person.  A limited amount of in-house china is available at an additional $5.50 per person.  Rentals for china wares, cutlery and glassware are available for an additional cost depending on your needs. In which the entirety of the invoice will be charged back to your event plus a handling fee.

FOOD SAFETY:

Perishable foods with sensitive temperature holding will be picked up with in a safe time frame. Sensitive foods cannot be let on display for prolonged periods of time.  Leftover food remains the property of the Dining Services Department. Only Dining Services staff is permitted to remove food and service ware from the function location.

SPECIAL DIETS:

Specials diets will always be accommodated upon request. Please give a minimum 72-hours’ notice of special dietary restrictions.

You can modify your order on the catering website up to the order lead time for that menu. After that time, modifications to orders must be called in to the catering department.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.

PAYMENT:

All catered payments will be billed at the conclusion of your event. A copy of the billing will be sent to you via e-mail electronically and can also be printed from your profile at any time. Payment is due 30 days from billing.

CONTACTLESS CATERING GUIDE:

The contactless catering guide menu items can be dropped off by the Catering Department or you may pick it up in dining services.  This is not a full-service catering option.  The food is in disposable pans and comes with disposable utensils, plates and cutlery. It does not include chafers, sterno or linens.  You may add these items in additional catering services if you need linens or rentals.

ADDITIONAL CATERING SERVICES:

Floral arrangements are available by request and at an additional charge.

Service staff is included to set up and breakdown your event. Service staff are available during the event, upon request at a rate of $25.00 per hour with a minimum of four hours.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

We provide linens for food and beverage tables at no additional charge when ordering off the full-service menu.  You may have linens placed on guest seating tables or registration tables upon request and at an additional charge per linen.
